It just occurred to me that we are talking about Norm, and I'm at Disney where his skull for the Kookie car came from. SO COOL
Just a few more pics with quarter in photo to get a better idea of the size ! It’s sooooooo small and very detailed for its size !
when I went to Florida with Mike DePalma to gather up all of Sonnys stuff we were pretty careful to pack everything well and some of it still suffered damage ! It’s been repaired and Mike has a lot of the stuff on display at his house in a designated tribute room ! He built a large pole barn to do a museum of all of Sonnys work but he ended up with some health set backs for a few years ! He’s feeling better now and back on track but it was a set back for sure ! I didn’t get many good pics but here’s a few pics of some stuff ! He has a lot more ! I filled a 36’ trailer when we picked this stuff up !
Beautiful collection. One day we need to talk. I like your style. Didn't see a single thing I would not love to own.
Dig this thread on the niche culture of Norms skulls. It's a secret society unto itself; just wanted to say thanks for the history, knowledge and pictures shared.
My dad had a chance to buy one, we spent some time with Norm back in the early 90's. I wish he would've stepped up!
Super neat stuff. I'm small potatoes and only have a few. Norm did one for me about '95 or '96 with braces on. I've picked up a couple of the very early ones as well....one on a base and one without a base that is currently watching over my Model A sedan. LOL
