First one I've seen like that too. Just a bleed off type as the originals were, I will probably get rid of it to clean up the engine bay when I swap. Worthless things anyway.

Not gonna change much other than the engine. Dual exhaust is going on next week and I do have a Columbia for it.

Took a little tour around our home town Sunday morning, stopped at some of my favorite places including my old High School. 40 year anniversary of my getting out is coming up.

 

That thing is PERFECT PERIOD!!!
Put in the hotted up flatty and the Columbia,
and then leave it alone! No drop no bigs and littles, NOTHING else!
EVERYTHING about that car is KILLER!!!!

New flatty built for my 39 coupe using the best new and used junk I have lying around the shop. 3.375x4.125 296ci 59ab block and heads. 8:1 compression. 375" cam of unknown origin.

 

Looks good. Like the engine stand as well.

Unbelievable car!!! WOW! I'd like to know how the ignition coil is mounted, especially any detailed pics of the bracket and how it mounts to the engine please if possible.
