Curious about the headlight bar, - did you drop it ?

 

That is a stainless dropped bar that I had laying around. I painted the ends to look like an original that was dropped. Thanks!

Great weather also. And great shots thanks. Sure makes me homesick a bit, spent probably 50+ years going to the fairgrounds for various shows and the fair starting when I was old enough to pedal my bike there back when nobody was worried about a small kid riding his bike an hour or so, a bunch of miles from home.

Don’t think you missed a single car there! I’ll add a few detail shots here. Nice to visit with you and many others at this well attended event. Lots of nice people there! Nice to see Nickthebandit back in his old stomping grounds as well. Loved that ‘35-‘36-‘37 pickup.

couple more!

 

when my son and i were walking around, i was pointing out the cars i had and my buddies had for lot cars on the farm.
let's see...51, 53, 55, 57, 58 chevies, 55 plymouth 2 dr wagon, hudson twin, 57 chrysler conv with hemi, 61 falcon, 41 caddy, 41 chev p/up, 51 chev p/up and some others. lot of money car now.

Have to laugh as I do the same thing as I walk around. Seem like almost every car is like one owned by family/relative, was back on the farm, or owned by a friend or someone down the street back when……
