Folks Of Interest Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green Who is Going?

Do you guys go over to the holiday inn Friday night?

 

We do all of that as well but we camp out in the campground. Normally I sell 50s through 70s car magazines in the Holiday Inn parking lot.

 

Seems like the last time I was there, 2019?, The gathering at the HI was much smaller than my previous visits.

 

Yeah it went down since they kept the reception at the track i guess. Still a bunch of cars there.

I talked to a friend of mine yesterday from Michigan. He was coming to a show in Maggie Valley NC. this weekend.
I was going up to hang out with him. He called yesterday and it was cancelled because of gas problems. Hopefully that won't be the case for us...

 

From what we're being told in the emergency services industry, it'll be corrected after this week. Scared Americans are the problem. Maybe once they fill there tank they can go get a job and get off unemployment.

 

Anybody seen a link for run/ activity schedule for the reunion? Haven’t been able to locate one on any site. Thanks.

Take a minute to go by the corvette museum and see the Ed Roth exhibit while you are in town. I saw it last summer and it’s supposed to be there through June.

Registration ends tmrw at noon i believe, I'd guess that they'll put out the itinerary after that.

When I was there in 2019 I drove down near Nashville, met the ride to BG. We cruised several dozen rods together.

Don't know how we find out if something is happening this year.?????

Did 500 miles last weekend. A couple small items and I'm ready for long drive to BG.

 

YES SIR I'll be there! Received the tickets last week. Not sure what the hell I'll be driving as yet! But something will get me there! Gonna be my 10 year old Grandsons 1st HRR so I'm sure I'll be busy keeping track of him! Joe

 

I opted not to change my rear gears so it's gonna take a few minutes longer to get there this year lol. Focus on a few other things i need to do and hit the road!

I am not positive but I believe 16 and over are 25 a day.
You will have to use cash because NHRA says it won't take credit cards due to bad WIFI

 

Well I have Room Reservations, but now I’m hearing there will be no on-site show car registration? I’ve always just registered Wednesday or Thursday on site. If I can’t get my car and all my gear inside I don’t think I’ll be able to go. I have to bring my bike as it is to get around. I’ve been trying to find out for sure but so far with no luck. Anyone know for sure?

 

Guess you could call and ask? Doesn't show anything besides the deadline.
