Problem contacting people

Hi I’ve been on here for over a year every time I try to message someone it says you don’t have authorization and you need to contact a forum administrator, all I would like to do is buy some car parts and talk to some other gearheads about different stuff can you please help me thanks Joe

Read the rules. Maybe do an introduction post instead of just starting new posts asking same questions. Properly filling out your profile page would be nice, let others know something about you, where you are from, cars you have and your interests.

 

Go back and read the other thread you asked on........................or would you like us all to read it to you.............

 

Weird I did read it and it doesn’t say you have to make 10 posts in a day, It says to contact the forum administrator

You have the post count now. It takes about a day for the server to update your status. It takes 10 posts to contact another member

 

Not 10 posts in one day, just 10 overall. You now have 14, so you are there. It will take about 24 hours for this kick in. Relax, have a look around, and try tomorrow.
By the way, you can only PM (personal message) to contact people through the classifieds. And do it using your browser. It won't work through the app.

The mods even seem to have gotten tired of deleting and locking these threads. Lol
