I am thinking that as..ole that said Rocket wheels is wrong. It is Radir Racing Wheels. Radir Wheels - Custom Wheels and Accessories - Racing Slicks - Spinners - Cones BEHIND THE DOORS ... WITH AL LIEBMANN Shop Tour of RADIR WHEELS | Hotrod Hotline
The so-called Second Marilyn is holding a Rader mag made by the Wheel Corporation of America, a 1960’s business started by Dick Rader and Mickey Thompson. Rader’s are two piece, aluminum spokes riveted to a chromed steel rim. Then came the Radir mag, I guess about 40-50 years later. That one is a one piece aluminum wheel. The Radir logo is on a photo posted in this thread but I wonder if they ever actually used the Munster Coach in their advertising. I think not, but I’ve been wrong before. AFAIK Rocket is another company that produces a similar one piece wheel to the Radir five spoke.
