Not seeing the body in color I assume which is dangerous, that the body wasn't painted at the same time as these bolt on pieces?

  2. The plan is to paint jambs and backside of everything then reassemble the car as far as we can before final paint. The door that has been sprayed is just a spare door skin wall hanger.
I am not a painter but I trust my guy.

  3. Dammit this won’t work

  23. Had to scroll back to see WTF Lloyd was talking about. Yep, pair o' donkey dicks draggin'.

  27. Scotty -
You have completely kicked ass on your 2 cars in the last year. Inspiration for me, thought I was gettin' it done on my stuff. Hope your wrist issue is coming along. You're going to need 'em while installing the Brown Sugar 327.

  28. They did, you probably have to scrape off a bunch of sealer goo . I can’t remember how they were originally attached, screws i think

  29. Recovery is slow but i am able to do light duty work on the 56 thankfully thats about all thats left. I added power steering to the 56 and that has been a royal pain in the arse. I think i have that about done now. I had to switch from the short water pump to a long, that about killed me because in my mind long pumps don’t belong on those cars. On the 57 vette The guys doing the paint are going to do more re-assembly than originally planned. So that is a big help.

Was the water pump switch because of the power steering addition? Im not familiar with them.
