Custom 36 Ford tub, lowered with chopped top, dropped LaSalle headlights, 37 DeSoto bumpers, ripple disks, teardrop fender skirts, GM style redio antenna and Nash grill. Blackwalls means it is probably during or just after WWII. Posted before but it's just so cool had to post it again.

Ray Vega, the man who had Valley Custom shop finish this 38 Ford tub for him in the early 50's passed away a few days ago. He only had one custom car in his life, this one. He went on to restaurant fame with the Casa Vega restaurants and catering services for the military. I owned this car about 20 years ago. I sold it to Bob Chrisman. When I sold it, it had a Duval windshield and only the frame of a Carson top. Bob passed and his son-in-law, Billy, is selling it. If you are looking for a nice phaeton this is a sweet driving one. Ron
