  17. not sure what this metal is. chromed steel, or a really bad stainless? it is magnetic and was on the head board of the bed. maybe it could be useful? looks like something Wyatt could use. IMG_1447.JPG

Did you say old chrome louvered roll pan?
My T bed would have looked good on Charlie’s toy. I couldn’t imagine the shipping cost of the tailgate alone.

  19. I like the cardboard and it is easy to cut. Hard to weld though. Some stainless is magnetic.

Is the cardboard side profile how tall he wants the bed with the angled top edge or without?

I was hoping that was with them from a proportions standpoint.

  23. Charlie dropped off the templates after double checking the proportions and marking the fender locations.
I drilled out the spot welds and removed the stake pockets. IMG_1515.JPG IMG_1514.JPG

  24. I cut the bed to length and welded up the old fender stud holes. I then used Charlie's template to mark out the fender location so I can put a bead in the bed like a model A. IMG_1518.JPG

  28. I trimmed the other bed side to size then welded the holes up. once done I marked it out for the beads.
I had added a steering wheel to my bead role and it made putting the beads in it by myself much easier. IMG_1522.JPG
