    This was always my favorite find. 39 Studebaker Coupe Express pickup remains. I did buy it and found a 40 sedan that I swapped enough parts from to make the 39 sellable. Not sure if it ever got built or not, but it was a fun find. When I first spotted it in the weeds, I thought it was a Lincoln Zephyr.

  6. Supposedly my grandpa's shop truck in the 40's was a Stude Coupe express.....no pics but the uncles remember it....maybe some day I'll add one to my Stude collection....

    Doesn't look like Studebaker changed the cab much before it joined the Army and went to war. I pulled this photo off the web.

    Check out the chrome grill on the 35 or 36 Ford pickup - I think it's a deluxe. I need to stop in and check these out.

  26. Don't think that's a Ford truck in the above post. Never saw a fully chromed grille shell on a '35 or '36 Ford. I thihnk it's a Dodge truck, mid-'30s. Some Dodge trucks in the '30s had suicide doors, don't remember what years but I know '34 did.
