Thought you guys might be interested in my latest project.
I wanted a 30's full fendered hot rod pickup but didnt want to pay huge bucks for a rusted out shell as I was just gonna chop it up anyways so I thought ide try and build it from scratch and while I at it make it a little more comfortable compared to the average 1930s pickup. So with inspiration from a drawing I did 20 years ago I whent for it and I think so far so good.
    Let me know what you think 20191209_220444.jpg 20191212_222217.jpg 20191217_211903.jpg 20191227_180348.jpg 20200218_221155.jpg

  6. Loookin' gud. But now that you have a design, you have to give it a brand name.
Hint...Ford, Chevy, Dodge are already taken...;)

Really outstanding work. Being a farm boy the shape of the cab reminds me of a Diamond T truck cab.

OMG..... that is some serious build going on with this truck !!!! I for one can hardly wait to see it finished, but like earlier requested would like to see your original version put onto paper. Thanks so much for all the pictures - - - - just keep them coming so we can keep up with the progress.

I can just imagine when this is done.... "That is so nice, what is it?"- "Oh I built it myself", "I can see that it is a custom, but what was it?" "I built it myself...", on and on.... I envy your skills!

Recall having siameezed fenders together, but never made one (or All) from whole cloth/sheet!
