    No, W motor, most likely for the larger port heads on the 409. I imagine it was never a big seller using two Quadrajets.

    Looks like small port with the center port bolt holes tucked in between the ports.

    Lots of questions here, who built it and why? Looks like the blower mounts on the flange of a header and hangs off the side of the engine, what was the perceived advantage? What it gains in vertical clearance is negated by its width, could it have been made for a boat or some other random vehicle? Why did someone think this was a necessary adaptation?
