Man, that is a nice two door wagon, also my favorite 55 color/s, the only way it could look better is if it was original paint, no rust, just wind and wash worn patina.

 

Few little things getting done.
Always liked the look of Lee lenses going back to my uncle's 55 when I was a kid. Wired the backup lights in conjunction with brakes/blinkers. New bezels on the original housings. I tried saving the front running light housings but the sockets were so corroded, and are pressed in place, I just bought some new ones.


My cousin with her dad's '55, all bundled up for those freezing so cal days. 1959-60

Here’s mine, with a good looking companion!

 

My '56 150 2 door sedan street/strip car. 292 inline six, 4 speed. With open headers the car runs about mid-13's at 100 mph.

Made the best of the weekends when ALL the shows were being cancelled or postponed during the months of April /May, the height of Covid-19. Made list of the Art Deco Stainless Diners in NJ/NY and took road trips (Social Distancing) and managed about 10 per wkd. This was perfect as there were no cars /people in the backgrounds. Took a challenging time (still continues) and made the most of it ...
