I would love to get your thoughts and/or see your photos of HAMB-friendly cars and trucks sporting BOTH TorqThrusts AND scallops! Do they go together? Do scallops only work with full wheel covers or chrome reverses? Let's see what you can dig up off the ol' hard drives!
Brett when I saw your post the word Bellflower jumped into my mind.. There a few Bellflower threads. Many are pretty old.
Brett, it seems most of the cars that have scallops usually run painted steel wheels, maybe you can start a trend! HRP
The two most important things on a car (outside of body style) is A) stance B) wheels. You can have a rusty pile , but if the stance and wheels are right it can br cool. Then if you have the gold , the right painter, and pick the right color, then hope you planned the style right . As for scallops there style varies as much as wheel style. And the first scallops that I believe I saw had hubcaps, every wheel style came later
Scallops and flames are the same they go in and out of style every ten years , Torque thrust aside from the 80's have always been in style. The right wheels, stance and paint combination will always be in style!
