Eliminate the spare recess and it will look fine in my opinion

That happened in South bend when Packard and Studebaker merged it's a Studefaker basspackward, with dual side mounts. All though it might be the PresidentWeedster II prototype.

Just another HAMB era custom that lost its vision before it got completed.

I actually do know what it is. It's something I'd never want but now that I've seen it I'm cursing my eyes!!!

But seriously it's an early design study on "hybrid" vehicles. But as in nature not everything can mate and some that do are parents to still born offspring...

  8. If it was missing the side mount circle thingys and the head lights where canted.

think it’s neat-o in a far out early 60’s custom vibe.

Remember that this is in the primary building stages, you really cannot tell what the final result will be, at this point in time. What we need is to have some young buck step up to the plate and finish it. A lot of projects look like crap until they are completed and some look like crap even after they are finish. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

I would set that topper in that one picture on the back and make a station wagon out of it.:p

I think it is way radical for most car guys but hay it sure has potental as a wild custom. Get rid of the round spare hole first thing. I like it.

I don't much about the guy other than how the boob tube edit's him. That said, I feel he got a late start doing cars and just went for it. I do see his work slowly getting better and if it continues he'll be faced (if not all ready) to continue improving his quality of design and mechanical's.

the Model A is not a Model A.

weird looking car for sure... looks fiberglass rather than rust to me.

Looks like it's missing an axle due to the enlongated (sp) rear wheel well openings.... Maybe it was a 6-wheeler....

I looked closer and your right. The hood is longer and the windshield posts are wrong. Neat looking body.

I'm pretty sure that this started out as a McCormack, a kit car from the mid 50s.

I'm guessing that the part in red oxide is metal, but everything else is fiberglass. I've sent a message to @G. Hacker, our fiberglass guru, to see what he thinks

The big ugly round thing kinda reminds me of a big Ol flywheel on an old farm steam traction engine. Maybe the other side has its twin.? What ever the round thing is it needs to get the big delete button.

The spare tyre thing is a bit of a signature, so I'd try not to lose it. I think it needs skirts, though:

The very small image isn't much to work with, but it hides a multitude of sins.
