Django started a thread over a decade ago, and all of the photos are not... there anymore...

So let's start over! Show off your kool pinstriped or custom guitars!

I'll start with an Epiphone Les Paul in Pelham blue I added a few lines to today.

 

Here's one I did recently. Was a mid 60's no name Japanese. Best guess is a '66 Kawai. I added a P90 pickup & a cheap tremolo. Was a redburst, now satin black with pinstripes by my friend Johnny B Good. I love the stainless steel pick guard. Skeeterbilt is kind of an inside joke.

 

Looks awesome! Nice job! I just sold a mid 60's Teisco Del Rey.

No, it's a lady off etsy that makes custom watermark decals like they did bitd. Like model airplane decals...

Here’s mine.... Striping them makes them cooler, but I still can’t play them. Lol

 

No stripes but look at that flake! All spray-bombs on a cheapie LP copy. Hot rod pick-ups and a Bigsby, too.

 

I built this thing over the winter, to bad a suck at playing it.

Yes itˋs custombuilt and Billy Gibbons have a similar shaped one but this one will be a B-Bender. Micael

 

I was gonna comment it has that 'Billy-Bo' style to it. Pretty cool!

 

Wow there are a bunch of neat guitars out there! That Gretsch Billy-Bo Thunderbird is outta sight! I've done a few more since the original post.
