  3. Question on your interior panels.... the panel not the vinyl, the curved pieces in the rear corners. What material is that? Cardboard or some kind of plastic? Where did you source it? How did you curve or mold it? Thanks!

    The panel material is called PVC foam board, I bought it at a local plastic supply place. It’s metric but is about 1/8” thick 4’x8’ sheet around $30. Used an adjustable heat gun to warm it up to form it around the corners, just don’t get it too hot or it will deform.

    Also something I found while researching interior work that saves a bunch of time is using clear vinyl to make your patterns. It lets you lay out edges and mounting holes etc. exactly where they need to be.
     
  6. Killer build. Nit picky details, well worth it. You obviously .. iron your underwear. :) Such a kick*ss coupe !!

    that's a killer machine, and now a huge inspiration for my 29 coupe on 32 rails!
