  8. BTW It seems I had seen an A Roadster in the past that looked a lot like my car.

Nice work putting the roadster back together, I kinda like the look without bumpers and spare wheels but still stock ride height and wheels.

  12. Check'n in! Note the bags under my eyes which hold 3 days of rainwater (if it ever rains in California!)
We had no competition at Buttonwillow (maybe I already said that); and The Sonoma Motorsorts Festival in September just cancelled. Unless I can get enough participants for VARA's "Oktoberfest" in October; we're done for this year with my car. Maybe (unless IT cancels), I'll drive for another outfit in the Midwest later this month!

Checking in. Changed my head gasket AGAIN! Copper “Best” brand, and running straight water, for now. So-far-so-good. Running like a champ with new NGK iridium plugs. Finished up my hood with custom leather latches I put together. About 200 miles on her this season.

Also, I’ve been having trouble uploading photos. Keeps saying “security error”. Any ideas?

Chassis grease, as per Brumfield instructions. Didn’t have luck with the copper stuff last time, but I’m kinda of a dope.

@Johnny Nitro WOW, I cant say I ever heard of chassis grease being used for a coating on head gaskets. That's interesting!

Picked up my Stirling damper flywheel yesterday. It's a work of art! Be a shame to hide it away in what will become a grubby old bell housing......
