  3. The rear drum setup looks to be the rear wheels reversed more than the width of the wheels. The 3/4 rear view shows how much depth the wheels have. What you're seeing in the 3/4 front view is the wheel bolted to the brake drum.

...Dave Pattons Unique T and his choice of pet was just as unique...:D

Quoted..."The frame and the entire front suspension, was actually from an old Franklin air-cooled car."

It also had rear brakes only due to the difficulty in adapting hydraulics to Franklin Spindles...and on a side note Dave was a Relative of The General Patton himself...

Good Eye...Yes that other view certainly highlights the deep dish indeed...an earlier sign of things to come with deep dish wider rims in the later 60s/70s...perhaps other than a desired look it may improved handling and added component stress I suppose...Thanks Fat...;)

   ...Another Meticulous T

Anyone have a front shot of this T?...it looks to have a modded Grille, perhaps a Tracknose...

    Update...

    Quoted...

"In 1951 Johnny Cunningham built a very cool full fendered T that had a chopped windshield and cut down 1936 Ford Truck grille. It retained the original turtle deck and used 1934 Ford wire wheels with big and little tires. This car is an updated version of the Cunningham T."

So an inspired mix of Glass and Steel along the lines of the Cunningham T...

Good question I am coming up dry on details...an elusive modern inspired maybe but it could be a survivor too and as you say perhaps just T Era only...

  11. Of course it's a Model T. Here's more pictures. I see it has Missouri plates on it in one of the pictures.

Looks very familiar. It may be a survivor as it looks an awful lot like one Ive seen in an old magazine.

Thanks @Fat ASS Whitewalls I was able to track the connection down due to your input...and @studebakerjoe it is in fact in inspiration of...I updated the original post with a link and some relevant quoted text from the ad...I too recall a T with a similar grille...perhaps this may have inspired Johnny C's Grille back in the day...

That car was built in Davis Crossing Missouri about 60 miles south of St. Louis in the late 1980s I forget the guys name but yes he built it because of a old Hot Rod he seen in a magazine .
