Now that's definitely a "chicken coupe". Pretty cool, and the stone truck and the VW Bug are really different. I had a 1948 Gibson, Model D, tiller steering, garden tractor I was going to use as the centerpiece for our front yard, yard art. But, I called the city to make sure I was breaking any laws/ordinances, and they said I could not do it. My attractive yard art/landscaping was't OK to do, but the neighbors with overgrown and un-kept yards are fine. ??????.

Lots of cool stuff there Dago 88. 56 Chevrolet Wagon, rear bumper, with accessory guards (rare), the Willys front mend/cowl, and the drag strip signs/sponsorship display. Now, show us the "good stuff".

it seems like almost every winery and most farms around here has an old truck from the 30s-50s sitting out, usually with a sign for the winery/farm on it. I should start going around and photographing them :D

Ford-in-tree.jpg I posted this a few years ago and people lost their minds. How could he do that? The owner had an totally rusted out Ford and planted a small tree inside. Now it is huge. The house may be up for sale soon. I'll bet the realtor makes them remove the car.

There's a local 'law' in Merced that states any car parked on any property must be parked on hard surface: Concrete or aggregate.
NO parking on lawns, or dirt. Offenders WILL be cited.
    We bought in the county...
IF we would have stayed in the city, the ugliest old rustbucket would have been planted right in the middle of the front lawn... on fresh, stamped concrete!

  28. Ive shown my 1928 Cadillac V12 Holden engined lawn art elsewhere here, and i put it out at a friends home, when i moved a few years back. My so called friend started selling parts off it, so im only left the the home built plywood V12. IMG_20170508_141625.jpg
