I’m thinking about chopping my 51 Mercury. There are a ton of them out there already chopped, but I’d love to get two different versions of mine. I am including my car, and the chops that I like. Thanks in advance!

This chop keeps the stock windshield angle and leans the rear window forward. B-post is straight.

Thank you, Rot ‘n Kustom. Anyone able to lean the B pillar forward and lower the rear glass a little?

  5. This one would take some work but might be worth the effort...

    Howdy, Gentlemen,

A request for myself this time. Looking to finish the body work to morph'er into an S/D this year, then on to paint next year, when coinage permits. May I please see the green on this P/U applied to my 'Toad wagon?

Could I get the grill surround back to chrome instead of painted. An old timer in my town has this and he wants to know what it would look like chrome! Screenshot_20200429-112121_Instagram.jpeg

Here you go. When you see him, ask what he used for headlight buckets. They look neat!

Yes, I admit it, I did. I'll try and find something else to atone for my sin.

All right, digital heroes! Can one of you please put these shrouded fenders on the front and back, paint them in the same blue as the car, extend the splash apron (tapering as it goes forward), and lower the headlight about 4"? Thanks in advance. This Mercury speedster is from a build thread here on the H.A.M.B., and the fenders were apparently run on the car at some point in its past. I'm not sure whether the exposed bracketry should be satin black or body blue, so maybe a version of each. tapatalk_1588362768262.jpeg tapatalk_1588362822546.jpeg

Just like with real life cars, I start with best I can find. Or more like the best I can afford!
