    Yes there is. @Tim and I have devised a plan haha. Between all the reference pics and measurements I’ve began marking the car out and removing the old wooden roof that was worse for ware last night. It will get the cut off wheel Saturday evening after work. Timm has done a lot of footwork in getting a plan of action for the chop

    the old hooptie is gonna be rad man or whatever is the right word for this millennium. I like the shop with the clutter by the way.

    Love that photo of the bracing inside.

    working under 1 light bulb may not be preferred but it does make for good photos lol

    IMG_6765.JPG IMG_6764.JPG well after a long day at work I cam home made a little progress took two cut off disk to the welding hood and decided maybe I need to wait till morning restock and maybe go at it with a sawzall. Strap from rafter too rood to help take some of the weight off so it doesn’t bite my disk spinning at 10k rpm and send them into orbit

    I've never been involved in a chop and I have a question. In the early cars like your "A", do you splice the wood framing back together some how or what?

    Yeah you would dowl them back together from what I’ve read but there was hardly any wood left in mine
