    That's a beauty!

I picked this one up this morning.
I haven't cleaned it up yet.

Rusty, is that an IndyCar pit box in that picture?[IMG]

My Allen teaching/salesman demonstration aid. Mounted in a suitcase. Works great, I just don’t have a scope. Hooked it up to my friends Sun machine and it was pretty cool to play with.

You're not kidding. Where has that thing been all these years, is what I wanna know. They take up a fair amount of real estate.

  8. I finally got my King analyzer up and running with a cabinet that copies the original cabinet-mostly. I would like to add a stencil but can’t figure out how to add it without it pushing paint out all over the place.

  9. Hi 1930ArtDeco. Can you get "sticky paper" to cut the stencil from? Then all edges would adhere tightly without paint leaking around. Not sure what industry uses this kind of paper. Hopefully a fellow HAMBer will advise where it can be purchased. Best of luck to you.

  12. Any sign company can make you a stencil from low tack vinyl, and should be able to walk you through the process. Super easy, not expensive.

  13. I picked up this Champion Spark Plug Cleaner and Comparator awhile ago. Super nice, unrestored shape, got all the pieces-parts and it works just like it's supposed to.

I really like it, but I need room on my workbench more than I need a cool old tester, so it will be headed for the classifieds (sorry if this is spammy, I just figured I'd mention it here in case anyone was interested before it went out to the general population).

Posted this over on the What's it worth board. Anyone here have any insight as to this Sun Machine?

Got this Sun 504 with some other parts. Don't know the history but it seems all there except for the back plate. I haven't tried to test it since I don't know anything about it and don't want to short anything out since the test leads are frayed. All knobs and switches function and the dial spins by hand. The hand crank adjustment to accommodate for different distributors moves up and down but the shafts it moves on have surface rust so they don't have a complete range of movement. The motor may or may not be original - its a GE motor connected to the drive unit by a belt. The vacuum pump is there but the hoses are cracked. See the photos for more details. Any ball park figure on what its worth is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not looking to make a killing on it but would rather it go to someone here than posting it on the auction site.
