Everybody elses stuff but mine. Wifey has me remodeling master bed/bath. Started before this pandemic. Still need to get to Home depot, lowes, whatever and get shower drain, valve and concrete board. That way I can get back to work on my avatar.

Getting on with my sons 40 Chevrolet (was mine) finishing progressive linkage and moving to a fan shroud, repairing my 32 fiberglass grille shell on my race car, and last staying alive to match my oldest aunt Ruth at 103, my aunt Gertie at 101 both on my moms side or lastly my dads brother Uncle Bob at 100...

I’m working on building a mini motocross track for the nephews and my kids dirt bike and quads. So far a table top and set of doubles. Sorry not car related. But it is motor related and I’m using the John Deere tractor.

60’ Studebaker powered Lark Gasser. Got more done quarantined over the last month than I had in the 10 years prior.

  12. Just ordered a set of 1/2" shank-style lugnuts to mount my rear Americans on my 34 coupe. The fronts are already mounted up but I had to remove the rear axle shafts to swap the screw-in lug studs from the ford bolt pattern to the chevy bolt pattern. Brake drums are already drilled for both patterns too! 34americanscleaaned.jpg

  14. It was working pretty well before I removed it, but I took it all apart and cleaned everything. I sandblasted the case and flushed and pressure tested the core. A bit of primer and paint got it to that point. It's back in the car now waiting for some hot coolant. :)

Cool. I wonder how one of those would look in my ‘48 F1.

  17. Currently not working on anything as my project (O/T 68 C10) is at my grandparents house and I have been trying to avoid going over there as my grandmother has been fighting some various infections before all the crazy hit and I am still working so no need to risk anything at the moment if at all possible.

With that said, my grandfather has gotten bored and gone to town on my project to keep himself busy. What was going to be a simple short bed conversion and quick paint job is now a full frame off redo.

  18. Many years ago I had a 51 F1. I stuffed a much larger heater under the dash that I always thought looked out of place, although it worked well. I think a "Magic Air" heater from a shoebox would fit pretty well, but you need an outside air source for it to work well in colder weather.

Thanks for the real world experience. I still need to stop over and get the original heater and other parts from the guy I bought the truck from and I always wondered how good of heat the originals put out.

31 coupe on 32 rails. Started with a bare cab and I am a little further along than this picture. I will be running different wheels, these were just for the build. 2018-02-10 19.20.14.jpg
