I would like to thank the HAMB and all the people that offered their advice during my roadster build ( especially the search function ) . Without them this car wouldn't exist .
First off, to the purist ( which I have a great deal of respect for , this car won't measure up)
The only true traditional parts on this car are the Model A gas tank . the model a rear crossmember and the rear radius rods and axle tubes are 39 Ford and the 63 Buick drums. The rest are repro. I appreciate the guys who enjoy the hunt. But all I was concerned with was the look that I had hoped to achieve. I was trying to resemble a car that was built late fifties early sixties . That being said I had to make several compromises along the way to make the car easier for me to build. The bottom line is I really like the car and since all cruise and car shows are on hold and I can't debut it anywhere local I want to share with all of you. ( I think my camera is getting ready to take up dump )Thanks,Bill P1020698.JPG P1020700.JPG P1020701.JPG P1020702.JPG P1020706.JPG P1020709.JPG P1020712.JPG P1020694.JPG P1020693.JPG

VERY nice looking A!!!! Who's body is it? The body fit and lines look real good in the pix. Even though not much is going on, its still nice to take advantage of the spring weather an go for a cruise. Congrats on your new ride. Bill Rinaldi

Bill, It's a Brookville body. But, Whoever did the work on it didn't have much pride in their work. I had lot of metal to massage and rearrange. Bill

Guy, It's a Zips water pump riser that uses a 6 cylinder pump . I removed some of the ugly off of it. Bill

I probably should mention that the chassis came from Blackboard Hot Rods. But I had to do a lot of modifications to make it and the body like each other. Bill

The seats were actually the first parts that I bought for the car from the Barrett seat company back in 07 or 08. Jump ahead 12 or 13 yrs I wish I hadn't got them with the pinstripe in the top. The couple that upholstered the rest of the interior offered to reupholster them for me when I get tired of them . Bill
