    Hi there.

I purchased a vs57 McCulloch supercharger a while ago for my y block and I’m just getting around to the point I’ll be restoring it and fitting it to the motor... I’ve been in search of a bracket for my y block and have yet to locate one in good condition for a reasonable price(I might just make one). I figured I would sell the bracket I have currently but I can’t seem to figure out what it goes to and this is where you guys (hopefully) come in. Can you tell me what this bracket is?!

Almost looks like the side under the part number was cut off for some reason?

They made at least a couple y block brackets that I've seen. This is the low driver side mount for a Thunderbird. I used it to reverse engineer a pass side bracket that also mounted an alternator. Loosely based on the F code set up.

over at y blocks forever a guy named MoonShadow has this in his photos. He could probably tell you what you've got.

If you don't have a list of the guys that rebuild those (often modified for more boost and reliability) check the Studebaker sites or pm me. Twisted_Fate,

I have that exact bracket. Its for a 1950 to 1956 Oldsmobile. It has the funky line across the front too.

From the top, it should have 3 bolt holes to bolt to the top of the intake.
