Bgaro's Coupe that I posted in an aviation powered relation has moved on to a New Owner...it was slated to get a Smallblock...not a Merlin...that was a quirky request...but not the first time Aircraft Engines made it into 4 Wheels on land...

I saw that car at Paso Robles a few times. It is a very well built car. I don't think there is a straight piece on the exhaust. It just curves around the body. Very reminiscent of a Vincent motorcycle.

... @Six Ball here is its former presence to the Tracknose...these did see ink in The Rodders Journal and I'm sure many of the other zines we enjoyed, despite many being history now...I would like to see what else Pat got up to Hotrod wise...he has an interesting view on things that are visually right up Vintage Hotrod Alley...

...Love this shot of San Francisco CC that I can't make the name out, that was
    shared by @unkamort.

Me being one to focus on more than just the main focus spy an interesting 5w Coupe with 1/4 windows filled and that certainly uniquely separates it from the crowd and that is history as we know it...

Perhaps He will chime in and shed some light on the Coupes History...;)

...A very well executed T Hotrod shared by @loudbang in the 60s thread certainly is anything but average and sports several features uniquely separating it from the crowd...

In a strange twist these rims look earily similar to modern winter rims...this was 1956 for the record...someone did comment on the rims and someone mentioned they may be Chrysler...that aside its interesting the similarity to the modern counterpart...

...Another T from Hamber @George Klass's collection in a Much Nastier World than it's more elegant counterpart in the post above...A Race Roadster but Street legal...man the Law was probably eyeing this monster when it was cruising around town...I often think about the divides in Hotrod as some were Ruff, Tuff N' Nasty while the others were Mean and Well,...More Finessed...Both fit the bill in my book however that is not universal as we often witness here...

Yeah, OK. I read the last three letters on the second guys jacket a "CES" and that led to my honest mistake.

I thought Piston-Domes or Para-Dices but the biggest clue was just reading the caption at the link I posted...that really helped...:D

...Stan Jones again heavily modified the already heavily modified former racer he inherited from Clint Seacomb/Bob Binyon into a more streamlined V16 Cad racer while still being a Street Hotrod imagine seeing that sitting beside you at the lights...

He reached speeds of 131mph at El Mirage once even being tied with AK Miller for First place at 130mph.

Stogy, I wonder if that car is still out there somewhere. Could be hiding in some Cadillac restorers collection as a spare engine.

I can't believe its the same car...but it is obviously...it looks to have had the wheelbase altered and about a foot knocked off the front and a ton of sheet-metal work done. Neat machine indeed...and yes where did it go...

   ...this is a Hamber @TheStudMark's Hotrod in 1960-63

It ain't pretty but it is a reflection of the what was...can't deny it...I embrace it as the Big Picture at whatever level and it's pretty stuffed with engine that's for sure...

He did get it spiffed up as evidenced by this grainy image and it really looked 'The Stud' he called it...and here's what he said about it...

    45734-1233476178-21d54d804015e0e9a0f976678631d019.jpg

"THE STUD" AT TWIN CITIES DRAG STRIP" SEPTEMBER 1963. THIS WAS ALSO OUR "STREET TRIM" WITH CHEATER SLICKS. IT WAS VERY QUICK TO 60 WITH IT'S HYDRO AND 4.10 GEARS OUT OF A PONTIAC HEARSE! LOOK OUT 409S! OLDS ENGINE WAS BORED OUT TO 324CI, ISKY CAM, THREE 97S.

Studmark hasn't been on since 2014..
I hope he still in good health and thanks for sharing your Hotrod Story...
