  2. My shop is boring really, I'd do a yard tour but I don't do vimeo or YouTube or etc. I tried earlier to upload a video but it kept rejecting it as file too large so I give up.

Little bump to the top let’s see more! No one gives a shit if your work bench is dirty or that it’s a single space car port or you’ve got the hot rod barn from heaven in Kansas. We love them all!

A very quick walk through my shop after we got done with last night's thrash on my son's C10. The place is trashed, but were working on 2 cars and a tractor.

Do you need a you tube acct to post a video? I posted one on IG a few days ago but it wasn’t very good. I can do better for the Hamb.

My "happy place" with my '34 Plymouth coupe (owned since 1974) and my '33 Ford roadster in progress. The '33 has a dropped Super Bell tube axle, 9" rear, a 348 Chevy and 700R4 and will be running fuel injection. I drove the Mustang until it literally fell apart and it is now awaiting it's turn to be rebuilt. The shop (and it seems like everything else that I own) is also a work in progress.

Thats the kind of shop I enjoy touring. I liked the stand for the belt sander, that pyramid shape from some former life. I had something similar and started to throw it away, but didn't. Later I got a hydrauic pipe bender and it worked out perfectly as a stand with places to hang the dies on it. You should be exceptionally proud of what you have there.
There seem to be two kinds of shops in the world. Working and Non-working. I like your kind best.....;)

Kinda reminds me of my first shop. You can help yourself out a lot if you get some pallet racking . Instead of occupying space, it creates space. My son bought a house a few years ago with an attached garage. I "convinced" him to take a section of pallet racking I had. Grudgingly he did. Soon he had virtually everything in his garage organized on the racking and lots of free space. When he moved to his latest (forever) home it had a 40x 50 shop already built. The first thing we did was put pallet racking across his back wall. We still laugh about it. There is a lot of free space available in most shops, but its above the ground. You can make a workbench in one level of the rack and mount your vice. Put your cabinet underneath and you gain a shelf up top for all the stuff thats in your way. Put several racks up and your shop suddenly becomes more organized and actually has more room..........jus sayin:D
Here is a picture of a pallet rack with a workbench and cabinets added as well as a vice. Lots of storage space.

Here is my sons new shop. He hasn't accumulated all the "historic" stuff I have yet, but someday he is going to have a lot of stuff to go in there.

Make use of all that space up in the air that is wasted and your shop becomes bigger.......

Well... a really clunky and drab vid.. but.... here it is.

  30. Haha! I wish! Our business is considered "essential" so I haven't had any extra time off yet (which is good and bad as I've got plenty of things to do at home!) I did spend some time cleaning and installing a new (to me) piece of equipment this weekend though so maybe I can get some footage here soon.
