I'd like to see more pictures of that! If the builder knew when to stop that could be a very nice car.

   ...:(

I have trouble finding stuff back in this thread to bring it back up as is getting sort of big and I don't have an archival memory......but...

I am still snooping...it really looks pretty solid overall with a cool presence...

...1964...what a Wild Vision where Hotrod/Custom/Showrod were swirling together faster than a spinning Tazmanian Devil

Interesting that there is a Japanese Hotrod/Custom Hybrid Sedan that has distinct similarities to Bob's Rat Finky Offering

...Hamber @Chris's friend Adam's Olds Powered, Bobbed, Channeled and Cycle fendered Deuce...Just Awesome beyond words...Looks a little like Tuffy's Cousin...Remember Tuffy?...

I also find the back Fenders on the Adam Coupe interesting as they remind me of the trailer fenders on mine...I like the fact that this look is a period correct detail albeit the above might very well be Stock 32 Fender trimmed/bobbed back...I think it was Voodoo Twin that installed that Mod...I wonder if he fabbed them?...with an Aviation twist of course as there is a story of course...;)

...50's survivor with a treasure grove of soul and looking just fine for those that can admire the past in its entirety...

IF you have an interest in these Unique Period Lights gracing this Ardun powered Deuce that represent a notable part of the Big Picture that rarely garner a civil discussion there is a Thread by Hamber Voodoo Twin at link below...just understand there is flame but beyond that is some Cool History They can Never eradicate as much Spew as they can generate...;)

141 pages to go...;)...an open mind without blinders helps but it's a seriously interesting Thread and does include a treasure trove of incredible Hotrod History New and Old, and thankfully very little of what else you are implying...

...Inspired Hotrod with Postwar Aviation influence...Tube Frames, Exhaust, Engines, Aluminum...Many Hotrodders were fortunate to come back to what they and others had started...and we still have the freedom to dream as they did...

...Well that fooled me but it certainly is has a bit of a Baby Merlin with a westernized inspiration to it...I like vintage rock screens on headlights but these ones are my biggest question mark...the chassis reminds me of Brent's A Coupe a bit. Merlins sat in tube frames on Lancs...
