Technical 39 Pontiac hood ornament help???

Anyone out there have a 39 Pontiac hood ornament that can provide some measurements for me? I need the total length, nose to tail. Also on the attaching bracket; distance from fwd mounting hole to pivot hole. Little help?

 

Do you have a Quality Six, Deluxe Six, or Quality Eight. Quality six may be the shorter one. Deluxe models had a longer wheelbase.

I may be a little late replying to this thread but for what it is worth I have a 39 series 28 and the hood ornament is different from those you posted.

 

OK. I just looked them up and the ones you posted are for a six cylinder. Mine is an 8. So, never mind.
