Projects Rudy Road Rash Fixed

    33Doll

    My Pops gave me the Greyhound that fell off the 33’ years ago, and had major bends and Roadrash! I did my best to fix him!
    But he is gonna have a few scars!
    Just like me... and the car!

    Once he’s polished again he will look pretty good, me thinks! Thank God it was one of the “stainless” repops from the 70’s!

    Beautiful. I was watching the Westminster dog show last nite when the terrier group came on. The little black Scottie came up and all I could think of was the old ford add with the greyhound and Scottie .

    Rudy Road Rash is good as he’s gonna get! He’s straight and shiny with some scars!
    Time to quit playing around, and get to the Darn patch panel work!
    (Can you tell I’ve been stalling?)
    Time to strip her down!
    Gotta take all the fenders, running boards, and gas tank out,

    This is how I buffed Him by the way! A little kit I got from Amazon, with a
    1/8 In Collett adapter for my Die grinder Adjustments.JPG

    Looks great. All he needs is for your wife to knit him a sweater. That may be way too much 70's / 80's though.

    48, I was thinking the same thing...I'll bet those have adorned the mascots perhaps further back than we think...:D
