I’ll add my photos This Ford was what Henry should have made to run with the Nomads. A dual quad Y-Block with E code air cleaner. 59 styled Galaxie interior and rear tailgate with electric window. It also had a 56 dash with an engine turned inset all the way across.

If I had to pick one favorite shot so far, this might be it. Wow!

 

Outstanding coverage of the GNRS, hope to see more of the week end highlights.

 

Was very happy to see the "restoration"of the Dorman & Coopman AA/SR. They were great competitors back in the early 60's at local strips in West Michigan. My best friend and I ran a '50 Chevy Fleetline gasser with a 261 Chevy 6 and occasionally did our best against them - but it was never good enough. Fun racing in the glory days of drag racing.

Thanks Tom. Always a treat when you share your beautiful work with the whole community. Yes!, that '56 T-Bird was way over the top back in the day and still is today, but it sure got the attention of young magazine readers at the time and is an important part of the historical record. Thanks again.
