  4. Yep...went down to protest some acreage I had. Had some cars back in the north 40....just happened to have my 1965 F350 wrecker there the day the satellite took the picture. We were going back and forth on price when he stated zooming in.....I knew what was coming in focus....so I said yeah I'll agree to that - to his last offer........

So weird that the auto designers knew that top was going to rot yet they had that gaping open roof.

  7. Made just prior to the "turret" or all steel roof was able to be made.

I'd be all over that humpback. Sure it's rough and rusty but dang! Looks like maybe it was being used as a bus. All, these treasures are so far away from me.

  12. That Dodge humpback is well worth saving being such a rare body style. The A pillars being rusted away is a challenge, but it would be a lot worse if back doors were missing as they would be harder to find. If you can find a truck cab for a donor to get the cowl and A pillars, it's fixable.

Here's a few more pics. Some may be same cars as before but new pics. Some are new pics. Enjoy

The last 55 chevy long bed sits but I did notice it is tagged. But he said the battery is down. So its probably not rotting yet.

If I had the cash I would try to save several of his autos.
Good news is he's stacking them back cus he doesn't want any car to go to the crusher.
Most of them he will sell he says he can't afford to build them so he would like for them to have a good home.
He normall asks what he has in to them. Good guy

Nice collection. A field of dreams.
I personally like the grey colored five window coupe. Look forward to seeing a build. Thanks for sharing.

Why would someone cut it in half?

  20. To mount each "side" on separate walls. At least they didn't cut up a coupe!

Can you weld it back together or is it too rusted?

  23. Unfortunately it's too bad. It was a stripped shell that a friend of mine purchased. Floor was completely rusted out. Neat car though.

Went out to look at some early ford junk and this original paint 57 was jammed in the back garage on the guys property, not for sale, but did get a decent A roadster out of his yard.
