Early '34's had a removable raised instrument panel section insert. Not engine turned or trim ring. The difference in the deluxe and standard dashes is that the deluxe had an ashtray and cigar lighter, standards did not.

The Male 33's have the countersunk holes located differently / offset compared to 34's . The repop Male Dovetails are same as 34 = Holes centered . I had to make the Stainless Steel pieces for my 33 ( see pic ) IMG_0216.JPG

maxinaz and cornfield, the 1934 headlight, not including the headlight ring is 6 and 1/4" deep. The 1933 headlight is 6 and 7/8". The measurement is taken from the back of the bucket to the edge where the rim fits onto. The rims, reflectors, and lenses are the same for both years.

If you have this book it explains a lot about these cars. The dovetails are off set for adjusting door height when closed. My 34 has off set dovetails on both sides, all repos are centered.
