  2. I can tell you that this needs to be posted on the main forum, this section is mainly for asking questions of the moderators and administrator. HRP

    Looks like a HEMI item. Kind of bothers me you can't fill out a Bio, but you are here to collect our money. Bob

  6. It's junk, luckily for you i specialize in destroying that stuff, and for nothing more than what it costs to ship it to me. ;)

    It's an Edmund's intake with two carbs. Not worth anything to anyone. Throw it away or place it on the "pay it forward" section of the HAMB.

  15. Like Mark said,,
    Need more ,,better pics and any number cast into the manifold .
    The carbs look to have some parts missing from them .
    I was gonna guess Dodge,,,not sure without better pics .

    Newsflash to the self-appointed intro police: According the the rules, intros are not required. But don't take my word for it. From the Man himself: "4. While we don't require 'introductions,' some members do appreciate them so it might be a good idea for you to do one here. Just introduce yourself and let folks know what you are all about."

    In other words, Ryan does not require introductions, and no where in any of the rules does it say filling out a bio is required, either. And yet when a newbie posts something and hasn't written an intro, he is immediately pounced upon by guys who obviously don't know the rules themselves.

    It would seem to me that it would be better to welcome the guy to the HAMB, tell him it's a really cool part, ask him how he acquired it, etc. But that's just me.

    ^^^^ Correct that is just you. I don't see the HAMB as a place for MONEY fist, contributions to the hobby ZERO. Happy New Year! Bob

    I don’t know what that intake fits, but someone here will and they’ll chime in. Welcome to the HAMB. Stick around, it’ll be OK. Of course, I’ve only been here for a little while myself.

    Welcome, that's a really cool part. How did you acquire it?

  27. Wish I knew my carburetors better. Maybe '57 Buick Carter 2 barrels ... on an unknown Edmund's. Too bad can't pinpoint that.

    @carbking ... line 2, red phone.

  29. All I see here is curiosity posted in a 2-part question. What is it? And what is it worth?
    I don't know if he inherited, found, bought or was given the intake. I don't know if he even owns it. Maybe he's thinking about buying it.
    But what I do know is he didn't ask anyone for money or offer it for sale to the highest bidder. Those are assumptions coming from some other place than from him.
    But yes, he did jump quickly into the wrong forum and skipped over the introductions, etc. So how about you just lynch him for that and not for any imaginary, made-up crap.
