Posting for a friend, trying to ID the two cars. Not much to go on with the one in the garage.

 

The one in the garage looks to be a late 70s Nova and the one outside is a Pontiac I think replacement X body front wheel drive new for 1980

 

Is that, by chance , the Jones and Laughlin steel mill Pittsburgh?
