Day of purchase, Nov. 10,2018. Excited to be driving it home. And then...

 

Always liked wagons as tow vehicles.......

 

Love the Rancheros.....maybe someday I'll get one for the wife, or at least a wagon

I didn't sell the truck ,I had sold it previously and have to ask where in Germany it went .

Here’s a few. The first one is the RPU project that I bought from a fellow HAMBer. Hotrod in a box anyone? The next one is my uncle towing the ‘35 with his pickup when we moved from Oregon back to Wisconsin. That the moving truck and trailer in front. The last two are from this past February. My uncle passed away from a heart attack. Flew to Phoenix and used the same pickup to tow his ‘56 wagon back to Wisconsin. First pic was leaving Phoenix, the second one is arriving home in Wisconsin.

 

Circa 1979. My dads cars, he just sold the A and was delivering it. The A ended up being sold to the Imperial Palace museum in Vegas. He still has the vette.

Expensive, but best towing trailer I’ve ever dragged behind me.

Mine's been on a trailer several times but never to an event....only shop-to-shop with no running gear...sometimes with no chassis, sometimes with no [or incorrect] body.

I purchased this old hot rod in July of 2018. It had been sitting since 1975.

 

The sedan coming home from Sacramento and the roadster coming home from San Jose.

 

Dominique came in style.

 

An A coupe body fits perfectly in an 8' bed. Had to Jenga the rest of the parts!

 

This coupe has spent more dang time getting carted around over the years!


Coming home from Adair, Oklahoma, when I first bought the car.



Heading to Provo, Utah, way back when to get some metal work (completely out of order... we chopped it before doing the important stuff... haha).



Pulled it out of my garage to put it into storage for a few more years.
