If that was an animal it would be a snorting Bulldog like Ole Spike...I get your High Fives on it...That is the true Definition of Hotrod indeed and that other Roadster...Quite the Mix going on there...

That RPU has a Weeze Twang to it...

I hope it has discs in the back (I hate advocating OT but in this case it may save your ass in a pinch...and the driver has yet to turn into Ratfink...:D

    Thanks Boner...paging @mike bowling

I can't imagine flying down the strip with such a short wheelbase Monster but these Economy Mini Cars made their mark in Hotrod that's for sure...

Heres where the Hotrod Period gets a little skewed when post 49 parts get jalopyized into a Hotrod like this probably starting it near the end of the Hamb era...

I especially like the Vintage Rubber as what I saw in it's later guise was sorta Indy like and this to me talks Hotrod...I'm thinking @anthony myrick right now with his School Team Wild Caddy...

Just add a Monstermotor and a Green Creepy Hoodlum....

image.png Always thought this Mopar was a slick Hot Rod. If I remember correctly, the removable top was constructed starting with 33-34 Ford 3w coupe sheetmetal!

Agreed I think the early 30s Dodges are primo Hotrod material even with their own sheetmetal on top...33/4 have an Aussie Ford looking profile Roof and side windows...

a horrible pic... but I kept this from a old SRM... it was just a small pic...... Always wanted to do this to a 33 or 34..Channeled,chopped,38 windshield front section with an Anglia grill, filled roof from a 58 Ford Wagon....... I love this.

The Stance is perfect.... The car is just wonderful in my mind.It was somewhere in FLA.

Coincidentally Nads Hotrod just posted had an Anglia Grill on it before the Desoto grill and I posted a 34 recently with a Later Windshield Modded in...This one you posted has had alot of rework fairing in the Grille and yeah It works well...Funny it almost looks like way old Waterdown Swap Meet/Carshow

Love the Scavenger Pipes and Moon Discs...this is a profile very popular today but it is interesting to see it in a truly vintage setting...

Wild Times indeed, just strap on the Boards and off to the Beach...

I think this was a Hamber...please chime in...hope all is well...;)

Update... @Dusty roads is the Hamber having fun above...Dusty did you ever draw up a Conceptual Sketch for what you were Sculpting?

He never had a chance to complete it as he went into Service and things evolved differently...I will post a link to his story when I locate it...

Funny sideline story on the Desoto Grill, that good ole Nads has.. it was for sale from Continental John on here. and I was about to buy it when Nads got to the post first.I am glad he got it and I love his 34.
