Coca Cola combined red and green in much of their early advertising, seems to have worked for them.

Here's the engine in three different color combinations, all with a green head. Black block, Red block and one the body color of your 32.

Red engine, bell housing , black oil pan
I like the Industrial ceramic red

 

I do like the all red. at this point clearly the best look would be for the block and the head to be the same color.

 

Is the front cover clear coated to keep the rust away?

I like the red. But how do you like 1990 Chrysler minivan gold metallic? Me either....It's now Ford Green.
Front and side timing covers are polished metal with a clear coat and I don't recommend that either.

 

Black oil pan is a must with red.

 

I used grey on my motor.

The nice thing about pictures is that you can use them for future reference. You didn't think that I just had this on a stand and trot it out to take pictures of it every time I wanted to post pictures of it, did you?
