The same picture recently was posted on a Bishop oldtimers facebook page. I assumed it was local, looks like Bishop to me, but I guess it could be Independence or Lone Pine.

Edit: this was located at Meadow Farms, just north of Bishop on 395. Confirmed by the old fogeys group in Bishop. Sorry for any confusion.

 

Don Marcellin lived in Bishop. He died in 1992 at age 65.
