Picked up a new daily driver. Now I can pull the roadster apart and finally make it nice. [IMG]

Of coarse I could not leave it alone. Lowered the front an inch and had to ditch the moon caps.

If you ever think of about selling it - hit Bobwop up first.....

He is / was looking for a primer'd "California Kid" style Coupe.

The AC makes it a good driver in AZ. Still need to put interior in it and I’m going to try and polish the gel coat. Then just drive the crap out of it

Nah, just sanded gel coat. Hopefully we can polish it to a semi shine and just drive it for a while. Then I can get the roadster in paint and looking like it should.

Brady, for plastic this thing is fun. It’s all good pieces as well.

Congrats - what insurance company do you have to be able to use that as a daily driver?

I use Hagerty insurance. But I also work from home so my commute is not that bad.

I use AAA for my daily driven 59 Ford Panel and for my wife's 28 roadster,, it's not a 'collector' policy with the collector restrictions.

Anybody ever buff out gel coat after it’s been sanded?

That’s the plan. But man it’s getting tough. This car is a lot of fun.
