This is the car that was later named "Plain Busted" and was owned by a guy who was a New York City police officer names Andy.

 

The car has a 1965 Dodge Coronet nose on a 1963-64 Dodge body.

 

As found and as raced.

i'm sure, someday somebody will dive down to the Andrea Doria and will send some pics of the remains of this iconic concept. i hope i'm fortunated to see it. What a damn beauty!

 

I read that the wreck has been dived, and the Norseman located, but it is so deteriorated that the most recognizable parts left are the 4 tires. No pics tho.
