Here are a few grille combos I worked up. All use quad headlights, but are variations on a theme that would work with your truck. I used the stock bumper. You could swap that out for any early sixties GM bumper which are mostly flat an have some nice details. Just remember you don't have too much room on the body ahead of the front wheel well.

That's a rare Chevord. Right side up or upside down.
But I think it's the best of all the versions of the truck.

Something different, I was trying to tell my friend that a white stock style folding top with maybe a little rake to it would make it look better, help me out here please.

 

And with a same hubcaps of Hirohata Merc is it possible ????(Cadillac sombrero)

 

Could you possibly remove fenders and running boards and add steelies with moons ??
