    Growing up it was driving while intoxicated DWI, DUI is the new version.
    Drunk driving is drunk driving no matter how you spell it

    From what I'm reading most everybody is saying IF. So I don't know either but I can guess what the percentage would be . I hope he wasn't. Just sayin.

    The article indicates that the driver is being investigated for possible DUII. It could be that this is typical procedure for any accident that can't readily be explained. It's easy to jump to confusion and conclusions.

    It also says "Investigators are looking into the possibility the crash was caused by road rage."
