Rodders Journal posted on Instagram that they had just gotten the mags from the printers on July 31 so it probably takes some time to pack up and mail out.

Nothing in central PA. Somehow, you'd think subscribers, or maybe even just Lifetime Subscribers (wreaking havoc with bulk mailings,I know) should get their issues first? But, I am not in the business of selling periodicals.
Hey guys. We’re always glad to hear that readers are excited for a new issue, and we appreciate your support. We make every effort to ensure that most subscribers get most issues before they hit the newsstands, but sometimes that’s easier said that done. This issue was particularly tricky because we ran into some unforeseen delays transferring postal permits and setting up our supply chain with our new printer and mailing house. That said, subscriber copies have mailed and some subscribers have begun receiving them. This year has been a big transition for us, and we’ve appreciated your support while we got ourselves situated in our new headquarters with our new printer. Now that the dust is beginning to settle, we expect to be back to our regular quarterly schedule. Here’s a look at the subscriber cover that will be hitting your mailbox soon, as well as a spread from our feature on @Church's coupe. As always, we remain dedicated to producing the very best in hot rod and custom car journalism, and we look forward to hearing what you think of TRJ #82.

Hey hey...look what just showed up...funny thing was I subscribed with the BOGO offer....thought hmmmm haven’t seen anything. Yesterday I emailed the RJ team and they got right back to me....and today...boom in my mailbox...time to change out the TP.....Thanks RJ Team
