    This '30 Model A will be our clubs next project, brought it home today. Looking for ideas and mods you have done if you guys don't mind sharing and can post a few photos of your shiny coupes. Open to all types of mods, it's not staying stock. Thanks! View attachment 4349849

    what a great starting point - would leave body & fenders alone - upgrade brakes/steering, dropped axle, etc

    The color makes me think of Milners 32 but heres a 31 A that isnt bad if you were trying to stay with the color?? upload_2019-7-12_18-53-29.jpeg

    1940’s 16” solid wheels, 750/820 on rear, 550s on front.
    Dropped axle.
    Dropped headlight bar with ‘34 commercial lights. (existing lights are hideous- they MUST go).
    I wouldn’t be brave enough to chop the roof, but a 3”- 4” chop would work.
    Hop up the 4cyl or drop in a Flathead V8.
    Maybe change diff ratio if too low. (last thing to worry about).

    Last one only works if fenderless.
