Congrats! thousands of ways to go, Does it belong to you or the club as a whole?

 

what a great starting point - would leave body & fenders alone - upgrade brakes/steering, dropped axle, etc

 

The color makes me think of Milners 32 but heres a 31 A that isnt bad if you were trying to stay with the color??

 

Keep the fenders, lower the light bar !!!

and my vote for keeping yellow

 

1940’s 16” solid wheels, 750/820 on rear, 550s on front.
Dropped axle.
Dropped headlight bar with ‘34 commercial lights. (existing lights are hideous- they MUST go).
I wouldn’t be brave enough to chop the roof, but a 3”- 4” chop would work.
Hop up the 4cyl or drop in a Flathead V8.
Maybe change diff ratio if too low. (last thing to worry about).

Last one only works if fenderless.
