I need to get the push button torqueflite in my '62 Imperial rebuilt and wonder if anyone can recommend a good trans shop, ideally in the Orange County area. Just looking for a stock rebuild or possibly slightly firmer shifts, not a full on race style build.
If you are anywhere near Calimesa (92320), Dana at Probuilt Automatics can help, even if you aren't close. I'm in Austin Texas. This guy is a GENIUS! And full of information that he willingly shares with everybody. Go to the "More" - "Additional Information" with links to other guys that can help with just about anything. I've had numerous conversations with him, bought some parts from him, and he helped me out more than anybody I ever met - just about any subject. Here is his link.. tell him hello for me ! https://probuiltautomatics.com/
