Newbie from Seattle with shoebox

Hello from Seattle, inherited my father's 50 shoebox with early 283 sbc. Doing the brakes now, hopefully up and running this summer after sitting for 15 years.

Hi. Very nice looking ride. How old are the tires? If those have been sitting for 15 years they should be next & do not run Hwy speed with those if that old.

I never could understand why newbies always start off by describing their rides..The title in thread plainly says..INTRODUCE YOURSELF...not introduce your ride...

I gotta ask, and what details about his personal life are you more interested in other than his “ride?” I only mention this because this is a forum pre 65 hot rods and customs. Just wondering??????
