  7. COVER those PORTS!

When I was slinging Chrome, it drove me nuts to see engines opened up with no FOD protection

It would be horrible to go through all this, only to find something fell in an intake port!

Was getting my infusion today and thought of you. Guy in the next chair had pancreatic cancer and a shitty attitude. Attitude is everything for us. Keep it positive, do what you can do and rest when yo need to. I had trouble at first just sitting down when I needed to. Had to keep pushing. Now I sit when I need to, work when I can. Still able to get a lot done even though I take brakes. Looks like a great crew you have there. Head up and forward!

Here's the Saturday crew re-drilling the front motor mounts to move the engine & trans.
forward just a skooch to facilitate trans. mount to cross member location.

  15. Great news! Looking forward to continued improvement with you treatments! Hope!

  16. The initial chemo has to be aggressive for it to have a good effect. This is while the body is still strong and can take the beating. Keep up the good work!

    Still here!
    Me, I mean... not you!
Jeez, that didn't sound very good...
You know how women can compliment each other on their looks? They say stuff like, "Oh... you're looking gorgeous!" But men don't talk to each other like that. But I must say... since your chemo treatment...
    "You're looking absolutely..."
    No. I can't say it...
    Hahaha hahaha hahaha...
Prayers for you and yours from me too. So happy to hear that the treatment is making such a profound difference. Yay!
    Keep it up, guys!

My dad had bladder cancer in the 1960s from his work exposure, they cut out the bad stuff, he recovered.
It came back with a vengeance in 1980, the local doc told him to stop fighting, and enjoy his remaining time.
He said Hell No, found a well known expert about 200 miles away, had a 12 hour operation, and barely survived the surgery.
The reason I'm posting this to you?
My dad outlived all of those doctors, and died 16 years later of heart failure, at the age of 86.
When I feel shitty, I try to remember his story.
We're all praying for you, keep fighting.

Was diagnosed with stage two lung cancer five years ago, five years. Surgery, chemotherapy and a positive attitude can do wonders. It's never over till it's over.
