I do paid pre-arranged photo shoots for magazines and owners when possible, and sometimes, like some at this show, I do approach the owners to pose them for me. Most of the time, however, the cars are as I find them and I just try to make the best of the situation.

Here is something that I tried that I didn't think would necessarily work. This is a picture of the group who went on the cruise on Friday. 11 separate shots made into one.
This is the biggest the HAMB will show it. To see it larger, please click this link to see it on my photo site. https://pbase.com/image/169171031/original

Thanks @wraymen It had a 1932 license plate so I guess it's safe to call it a 1932 American Bantam

  19. Dan, the panorama of the Friday Cruise participants at the old Post Office is simply outstanding, and even more so now that I know how it was made. Hands down, you are the best!!!

Thanks Wayne (@Bowtie Coupe). I'm very glad you and everyone else like that panorama. I've done them before, but never with that many shots and usually not when there are moving objects in the image.

Thanks Larry (@sololobo). This event draws a lot of first class cars. Way more still to come.

  28. Love Bob's roadster. Hope you got an interior shot. The upholstery is unique and very cool.
When I saw it at Jalopyrama, I knew I had seen it before. It took me a minute to remember it was at the Assorted Nuts club picnic last Labor Day in Conway, SC.

I loved it too Phil (@pprather). Unfortunately in the rush, I never did take an interior shot. I should have obviously.
